Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Senior Distribution Planner – High End in Singapore to manage distribution, stock optimization and client-order fulfillment for Exotics, Hardsided, Home & Lifestyle. You will collaborate with Merchandising, Retail, Central, Logistics and local markets to ensure products are in the right place at the right time.

You’ll support events, launches and complex stock movements while maintaining stock visibility and client-centric execution across the South Asia region.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Supply Chain and Distribution.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Quantitative analytical skills and data analysis reliability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution of High-End categories across the network.
• Ensure timely stock delivery to stores based on priorities and opportunities.
• Coordinate stock movements between warehouses, stores and markets.
• Resolve distribution constraints with local and Central teams.
• Facilitate stock transfers for High End client orders.
• Inspect pieces prior to redistribution or delivery.
• Manage Exotics transfers requiring CITES documentation.
• Maintain a complete inventory tracker for client requests.
• Provide delivery updates to Retail teams and escalating delays.
• Coordinate stock support from Central for events and post-event retrieval.
• Monitor orders during events and ensure timely delivery.
