Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Singapore is seeking a Senior Distribution Planner for High End to oversee stock optimization, distribution and client-order fulfillment across South Asia. You will partner with Merchandising, Retail, Central, Logistics and local markets to ensure timely delivery, accurate stock status and smooth cross-border movements for Exotics, Hardsided, Home & Lifestyle.

The role requires strong Excel, BI and SAP skills, fluency in English and a collaborative mindset to drive efficiency

Qualifications

• Proficient in supply chain and distribution operations.
• Strong MS Excel and BI capabilities (Power BI).
• Experience with SAP and data analysis.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution of High-End categories (Exotics, Hardsided, Home & Lifestyle) across the network.
• Ensure timely stock delivery to stores based on priorities and opportunities.
• Coordinate stock movements between warehouses, stores and markets with clear stock visibility.
• Work with local and Central teams to resolve constraints and delivery risks.
