RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to manage warehouse operations and cold-chain handling at our Singapore facilities.

You will coordinate deliveries, asset management, and documentation while supporting continuous improvement in a safety-focused environment. This role requires at least 2 years in warehouse operations, proficiency in SAP/WMS and MS Office, and the ability to work at Sembawang Air Base or Chong Pang Air Base.

Senior Logistics Specialist – Warehouse & Cold Chain Management

• Basic Salary: S$2,300 – S$2,500

• Location Allowance: S$200/month + Handphone Allowance: S$25/month

• Skill Allowance: S$100/month, payable within 3–6 months upon passing probation

• AWS + Variable Bonus + NDP Bonus: S$500

• Working Locations: Sembawang Air Base or Chong Pang Air Base

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary

The Senior Logistics Specialist – Warehouse & Cold Chain Management is responsible for carrying out general warehouse operations while ensuring the safe, secure and efficient handling of goods and equipment.

The role involves coordinating deliveries, asset management, warehouse transactions and documentation, as well as supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate may be required to work with heavy loads and operate in a warehouse environment where safety, accuracy and adherence to procedures are essential.

Workplace Safety & Health

• Perform Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities in compliance with requirements

• Conduct safety and health risk assessments

• Report WSH incidents

• Recommend solutions to address safety and operational gaps

Technology & Systems

• Work with team members on technology-related projects

• Apply relevant technology to improve warehouse operations

• Operate electronic tools, systems and equipment

• Basic knowledge of SAP / Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Warehousing, Cargo & Material Handling

• Review and resolve warehouse quality issues promptly

• Coordinate the arrangement and rotation of warehouse cargo and items

• Perform warehouse security operations according to established plans

• Conduct stock control and warehouse housekeeping

• Execute warehouse operations according to different situations and contingencies

• Track cargo-handling schedules to ensure deadlines are met

• Coordinate warehouse activities in accordance with 5S principles

• Handle dangerous goods according to established procedures

• Handle time- and temperature-sensitive cargo appropriately

• Perform cargo consolidation activities

• Support transshipment and transloading operations

• Ensure special-handling requirements are followed when stacking, moving and arranging goods on pallets

• Coordinate warehouse activities to maintain safe and efficient operations

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant warehouse operations experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications / SAP / Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Must be willing to work at either Sembawang Air Base or Chong Pang Air Base
