Job summary

ST Logistics Pte Ltd is looking for a Logistics Specialist - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management to handle general warehouse operations, deliveries, asset management and documentation. You may work in rotating shifts and handle heavy loads while ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods.

The role supports continuous improvement in warehouse operations, with emphasis on governance, risk assessment and adherence to 5S practices. Experience in SAP/WMS and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours.
• Fork Lift licence is preferred.

Job Summary

The Logistics Specialist - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management is responsible for performing general warehouse operations and activities. He/She performs warehouse operations in adherence to procedures, and the safe and efficient operations of goods and equipment.

He/She performs deliveries, asset management and transaction documentation process, and performs the secure handling of goods. He/She also supports implementation of improvement opportunities within the warehouse operations.

He/She may be required to work in rotating shifts and be able to carry heavy loads.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)

Business Administration Operations

• Perform cargo or material-handling security procedures
• Perform moving of warehouse cargo and items
• Perform cross docking operations and shipment consolidation
• Perform warehouse operations in accordance with 5S (sort, set, shine, standardise, sustain) techniques
• Identify operational shortfall, maintenance or repair needs
• Assist in application of methods and techniques to handle dangerous goods
• Assist in application of methods and techniques to handle time and temperature-sensitive cargo
• Perform cargo consolidation activities
• Perform transhipment and transloading operations
• Comply with height, weight and special handling requirements in stacking, moving, and arranging items on pallets according to storage plans
• Perform container stuffing and unstuffing operations

• Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Proficiency in basic MS Office Applications
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and able to stand for long hours.
• Good team player, able to work well independently and in a team
• Fork Lift licence is preferred.
