Job summary

RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP is seeking a Solutions Engineer/Manager to design and coordinate end-to-end bespoke logistics solutions for complex bids. You will lead solution development, balancing service requirements, cost-to-serve and operational feasibility, and engage customers through workshops, presentations, and technical proposals.

The role requires strong analytical and modelling skills, a bachelor’s degree, and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, AutoCAD, and Power

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate end-to-end warehousing solutions for customers.
• Support RFQ processes, site visits and presentations.
• Analyse customer requirements and assist Q&A sessions.
• Provide cost analyses and rates using cost models.
• Build RFQ technical proposals and present solutions.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure smooth project handover.
• Drive solutions innovation, automation, and robotics when appropriate.
