ARCTIVA PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support LNG upstream and project developments for a global energy MNC. You will advise on commercial agreements, JV structures, and cross-border transactions across upstream assets and LNG to power initiatives.

The role requires 8–15 years PQE in LNG and project development, with experience in leading law firms. You will contribute to transactions from structuring to documentation and risk assessment in a dynamic growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8–15 PQE in LNG and project development.
• Experience in leading law firms essential.
• Strong background in upstream assets and commercial agreements.
• Ability to manage cross-border transactions.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal support across LNG upstream assets, JV and projects.
• Draft and negotiate acquisitions, divestments and structuring.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and commercial agreements.
• Support LNG to power infrastructure initiatives.
