ARCTIVA PARTNERS PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Legal Counsel focused on LNG and Shipping to draft, negotiate and advise on LNG SPAs and related commercial instruments. You will work with the global legal team across the lifecycle of LNG transactions, handling shipping arrangements, disputes, claims and price reviews.

The role demands deep LNG trading experience, substantive SPA knowledge, and credibility from a top law firm background with LNG trading exposure.

Qualifikationen

• 8-15 PQE experience in LNG trading and credible maritime experience.
• Deep substantive LNG SPA experience is essential.
• Top law firm experience and commercial experience in LNG trading capacity is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Draft, negotiate and advise on LNG SPAs and related commercial agreements in the value chain.
• Advise on shipping arrangements and LNG-related disputes and claims.
• Support price reviews and general LNG trading-related legal matters throughout transaction lifecycles with the global legal team.
