Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant - LNG to support a busy LNG business across Asia. The role involves day-to-day legal support on LNG contracting, trading activities, and infrastructure projects, collaborating with commercial and trading teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ PQE in LNG, strong contract drafting skills, and the ability to handle multiple matters while managing stakeholders. This position offers remote or on-site flexibility depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ PQE with LNG-specific experience in commercial transactions, commodities trading or infrastructure.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently in a fast-paced environment and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support to LNG supply, trading and infrastructure business across Asia.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on LNG and energy-related commercial agreements.
• Support LNG trading activities, including contract, commercial and risk matters.
• Advise on LNG supply, sale and purchase, transportation and related trading arrangements.
• Provide legal guidance on LNG infrastructure and development projects.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify and manage legal and contractual risks.
