Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - FAB 3 is seeking an experienced Lithography Process Engineer to join the Operations & Unit Module Team. You will startup and qualify new processes and equipment, work to improve yield and cost KPIs, and troubleshoot complex issues in CMOS, Photonics, and Power platforms.

You will analyze SPC/DOE data, collaborate with AE teams, and ensure EHSS compliance. The role requires 3–4 years in lithography and strong communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics or related field is required.
• 3–4 years of lithography experience in 200mm or 300mm fabs is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Startup and qualify new lithography processes and equipment within schedule.
• Analyze data from pass downs to identify chronic issues and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Process Integration and Yield teams to stabilize processes and improve margins.
• Maintain EHSS compliance and report progress to management.
