Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking an experienced Lithography engineer to develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls and to establish SOPs and FMEA for related processes.

You will review product development requirements, integrate equipment capabilities, and drive continuous improvement plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science or other relevant engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Lithography.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develops and modifies process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze and review technical charts.
• Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
• Establish SOP and FMEA for related process.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Drive CIP to improve process performance indices.
• Work with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support EH&S requirements.
• Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
