Job summary

You will analyze data to assure etch performance, establish SOPs/FMEA, and lead recipe creation and optimization for lithography tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical/Materials Science Engineering or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication with a strong focus on lithography.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify lithography process formulations, methods, and tool controls.
• Analyze technical data to ensure etch performance, non-uniformity, and removal rate stability.
• Establish SOPs and FMEA for the lithography module.
• Integrate lithography equipment capabilities to meet specifications.
• Lead recipe creation and optimization for lithography tools.
• Drive CIP initiatives to improve process performance and productivity.
• Mentor junior lithography engineers and collaborate with vendors.
