Job summary

UTAC seeks a Process Engineer to swiftly troubleshoot lithography and quality issues on the manufacturing line. The role owns documentation such as PMFEA, OCAP and WI/SOP, and leads process CIP initiatives to resolve chronic problems through development and evaluation of new processes and packages.

You will perform margin studies to assess process capability, lead evaluation lots, and report results promptly while training teammates to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Strong exposure to dry or wet semiconductor processes with hands-on problem solving.
• Experience with SPC and analytical methods is essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to lithography process or quality issues; troubleshoot and resolve.
• Own PMFEA, OCAP and WI/SOP documentation and updates.
• Propose and lead CIPs for chronic issues.
• Plan and conduct new process/package development and evaluations.
• Perform process margin studies to determine capability of new processes/packages.
• Lead evaluation lots and report results promptly.
• Provide technical training and support to troubleshoot manufacturing process issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement new process/package.
