Job summary

STATS CHIPPAC PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer to write process specifications and operator instructions, and to sustain continuous process improvement across yield, cycle time and cost targets.

The role includes supporting device, material and equipment qualification and providing corrective actions for discrepancies. Experience with photolithography processes is advantageous, including yield improvements and troubleshooting on related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Write process specifications and operator instructions
• Sustain and drive continuous process improvement to meet cost, yield and cycle-time targets
• Support qualification of new devices, materials and equipment
• Provide interim and long-term corrective actions for discrepancies
• Support photolithography processes including yield improvement, SPC control, and troubleshooting steppers/track issues
