Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled lithography process engineer in Singapore. In this role, you will lead initiatives to improve manufacturing quality and yield in lithography operations, drive defect reduction, and support cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in wafer fab lithography process engineering and a strong technical background. Proven leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in wafer fab lithography process engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge in lithography processes including overlay, CD control, exposure, and defect management.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead lithography process capability and continuous improvement initiatives to meet manufacturing quality and yield targets.
• Drive process stability, defect reduction, and yield improvement for wafer fabrication lithography operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including NPI, Manufacturing, Equipment, and Yield to support production ramp and productivity improvement.
• Provide technical leadership for lithography process control, troubleshooting, and resolution of process-related issues.
• Lead resource planning and capability development to strengthen the lithography engineering team.
