Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Singapore seeks a Software Engineer III within Infrastructure Platforms, Electronic Trading Services, to design and deliver secure, scalable technology products for trading operations.

You will operate Linux fleets, automate deployment and configuration, tune systems for low latency, participate in incident response, and contribute to AI-assisted development while upholding security standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, data science or related fields.
3+ years of applied Linux administration in production environments.
Proficient scripting in Bash and Python.
Experience with configuration management, CI/CD, monitoring/alerting.

Responsibilities

Support Linux server fleets for trading workloads, including provisioning, patching, hardening, and tuning.
Automate OS deployment, configuration management and compliance.
Collaborate with network, trading tech, and data center teams to optimize latency and stability.
Use AI-assisted development tools with code reviews, tests and security checks.
Participate in incident response for Linux/compute events and post-incident reviews.
Maintain runbooks and operational documentation for colo constraints.
