Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• 2+ years of software engineering, with trading systems experience.
• Expert in modern C++ (C++17/20) for performance-critical code.
• Strong skills in low-latency optimization and Linux systems.
• Experience with real-time messaging architectures and sockets.
• Hands-on design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and secure coding.
• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, resiliency, and security.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Develop secure, high-quality production C++ code with low latency.
• Design and implement an Option Market Making and volatility platform.
• Build low-latency, high-throughput components handling real-time data.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve quality and speed, with peer review.
• Produce architecture/design artifacts and ensure constraints are met.
