Job summary

Vsv Engineering and Construction is seeking a supervisor to oversee lift installation activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to checklists, welding standards, and local codes. The role involves coordinating multiple teams and maintaining quality control across the installation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the lift/escalator field, basic English communication skills, and a practical understanding of lift testing, commissioning, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant supervisory experience in the lift and escalator industry.
• Experience in lift testing and commissioning will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of lift installation procedures, site coordination, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation works to ensure alignment with installation checklists, welding standards, and local codes.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and maintain quality control throughout the installation lifecycle.
• Promptly report any damaged, defective, or short-shipped parts to the PIC.
• Must do installation of one lift and lead 5-6 teams and train junior technicians to work independently.
