Job summary

ASC ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned leader to head the M&E department on lift projects in Singapore.

You will lead, facilitate and manage a team, coordinate with project teams to improve construction processes, and liaise with authorities under guidance from the Senior Manager. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, progress reports, RFIs/FCRs, shop drawings and material reviews; ensuring safety compliance of site works; and coordinating with owners, consultants and

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience in relevant fields.
• Must agree to work after the schedule time.
• Agree to work on a shift basis (Day/Night Shift).
• Agree to work on Saturday/Sunday/Public holiday if necessary.

• Attend site meetings with owner, consultants and main contractors on project operation and coordination
