Job summary

Mitsubishi Elevator (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee lift installation projects in Singapore.

The role involves routine site visits, proactive problem resolution, and coordination with contractors to ensure on-schedule progress. Strong focus on safety, quality control, and adherence to local regulations is required. The candidate should possess 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the lift/escalator industry, a relevant technical qualification, and good English

Qualifications

Nitec or higher in a relevant engineering field.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in lift/escalator industry.
Experience in lift testing and commissioning is an advantage.
Good knowledge of lift installation procedures, site coordination, and local regulations.
Basic written and spoken English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work on construction sites.

Responsibilities

Site Monitoring & Coordination: conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve issues; coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors and internal teams; manage interfacing work between lift operations and auxiliary systems; plan site arrangements and coordinate equipment deliveries; attend site and client meetings.
