Job summary

Singapore-based project management role focused on lift modernisation and new installations. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate and control multiple lift projects from award through handover, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to funding limits.

Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing tender surveys, coordinating site activities with suppliers and internal departments, and maintaining safety and quality standards across all sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of project management in lifts or escalators, or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with elevator and escalator products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate lift modernisation and new project activities to meet timeframes and budgets.
• Follow the Project Management Process from award to handover including statutory deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for multiple projects and monitor progress.
• Coordinate pre- and post-tender surveys and site surveys for MOD projects when applicable.
• Provide regular PM reports during WIP reviews and manage cost overruns.
• Ensure safety compliance at project sites and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
