Job summary

CBRE GWS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Licensed Electrical Worker Grade 7 in Singapore to ensure safe operation, maintenance, inspection, testing and compliance of electrical installations and systems.

The role supports regulatory requirements and company safety policies while maximizing reliability and uptime. You will act as the LEW, oversee electrical systems, conduct inspections and testing, supervise contractors, and maintain accurate records and permits.

Qualifications

Valid Singapore LEW Grade 7 license
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Min 5 years in electrical operations, maintenance, or facilities management

Responsibilities

Act as the appointed LEW, ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Oversee operation, maintenance and reliability of electrical systems.
Conduct inspections, testing, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for performance and safety.
Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure safe, high-quality work.
Support electrical upgrades and project execution from planning to completion.
Maintain accurate technical records, permits and compliance documentation.
Promote safety culture through risk assessments and safe work practices.
