Job summary

B H S KINETIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified LEW Grade 7 to oversee electrical installations, inspections, and compliance in Singapore.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical safety, the ability to liaise with clients and authorities, and fluent English and Mandarin to support multilingual stakeholders.

You will work independently, support maintenance and project works, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met across sites.

Qualifications

• Valid LEW Grade 7 licence in Singapore.
• Relevant experience in electrical maintenance or projects.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety and regulations.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the appointed LEW for electrical installations.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authorities' requirements.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Support maintenance and project works.
