Job summary

Moody's Investors Service is seeking a highly experienced Solution Specialist to lead pre-sales for Lending solutions. You will architect and demonstrate Moody's full Lending portfolio, translating complex underwriting workflows into actionable client outcomes and coordinating with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.

You will engage senior stakeholders, design bespoke client solutions leveraging Moody's data assets and GenAI capabilities, and advance deal value through structured demonstrations

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in commercial lending or credit risk with underwriting and origination experience.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or client advisory within finance or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, AI/ML concepts, SaaS delivery, and systems integration.
• Ability to translate underwriting processes and risk methods into business outcomes for executives.
• Proven track record engaging senior stakeholders and leading end-to-end pre-sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pre-sales with Sales to architect and demonstrate Moody's Lending solutions.
• Analyze client workflows, surface pain points, and translate them into defined requirements.
• Develop deep technical expertise of Moody's Lending portfolio and map solutions to client needs.
• Drive solution demonstrations, proofs of concept, trials, and data-driven value analyses.
• Design bespoke client solutions using Moody's data assets and GenAI capabilities, ensuring alignment with client tech environments.
• Maintain knowledge of Moody's product architecture and cross-portfolio capabilities through collaboration with product/tech teams.
• Serve as liaison between clients and Moody's product teams to gather feedback and inform roadmap.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
