Binance is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Executive to streamline contracts, vendor spend, billing and the systems that support them. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement and engineering to implement efficient processes and automation, reporting to the Head of Legal Operations.

You should have 5+ years in legal operations, be fluent in English, and enjoy improving high-volume payment workflows while handling confidential material.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in legal operations or a related role (e.g. legal finance, contract management, in-house legal support).
• Experience designing processes that handle high volumes of payment requests and documentation accurately.
• Confident working with large datasets and spreadsheets.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are a plus.
• Sound judgement with confidential material.
• Comfortable making decisions and escalating only what needs escalating.

Aufgaben

• Own the contract execution and filing process end to end, so that contracts are issued, recorded and easy to retrieve for the legal team and stakeholders across the business.
• Oversee payment requests and invoice review, work with Finance to resolve billing issues, and support budget tracking and forecasting.
• Manage vendor onboarding, renewals and rate-card administration, and enforce our External Legal Counsel Guidelines with law firms.
• Manage the relationship with our matter management and e-signature platform vendors, and oversee integrations and configurations, such as approval workflows.
• Identify manual processes, design more efficient ways of working, and drive automation through to delivery.
• Keep process documentation up to date.
