Qualifications

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with significant corporate legal experience.
• Typically 8+ years of post-qualification experience at a top law firm or in-house at a corporate/high-growth company.
• Ideally trained in a reputable law firm with corporate transactional focus and governance.
• Proven expertise in managing complex cross-border projects and corporate transactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of group legal strategy and corporate governance initiatives.
• Provide proactive, business-focused legal advice and execution.
• Draft and review legal documents; assess risk to enhance business value while mitigating downside risk across the company.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams on complex legal matters.
• Lead external communications on legal matters and negotiate with external parties.
