Qualifications

• 8-15 years' PQE across banking and finance roles.
• Strong experience in lending transactions and facility documents.
• In-house or private practice background advantageous.
• Commercial contracting and business partnering experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise on syndicated and bilateral financing arrangements and related banking docs.
• Partner with Treasury and Finance on financing, working capital and banking matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (sales, distribution, supply).
• Provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice across jurisdictions.
• Support corporate governance and strategic business initiatives.
• Work independently within a lean legal team while coordinating with regional and local stakeholders.
