Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in commercial contracting, negotiations and business partnering.
• Experience working with regional or international stakeholders.
• Ability to operate autonomously and influence senior decision-makers.
• Commercially astute with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach.
• Exposure to technology, digital, consumer, hospitality, travel or marketplace business advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders on strategic and commercial initiatives.
• Lead negotiations for complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Advise on a broad range of legal, operational and business matters across the region.
• Provide pragmatic, solutions-focused legal guidance to support business objectives.
