Job summary

Taylor Root is seeking a talented Project Development / Front-end Construction lawyer to join its international law firm client in Singapore. You will work alongside a highly regarded projects partner on significant energy, infrastructure and project development mandates across Asia Pacific and beyond.

The role offers direct client exposure, responsibility from day one, and the chance to advise sponsors, developers, lenders and contractors on greenfield developments, EPC/Construction, O&M,

Qualifications

Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Experience in greenfield developments
Experience at a leading international law firm

Responsibilities

Assist on high-profile energy, infrastructure and project development mandates across Asia Pacific and beyond
Advise sponsors, developers, lenders and contractors on complex projects spanning the lifecycle
Focus on project development, EPC/construction, O&M, concessions and joint ventures
Work closely with a projects partner and be exposed to direct client interaction from day one
