Job summary

NAT AND NAT SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its busy legal team. The role concentrates on litigation and prosecution, with exposure to corporate advisory matters.

You will advise on investigations, conduct prosecutions in court, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on wider legal implications. Candidates with 3+ years PQE and Singapore Bar admission are preferred.

Qualifications

• Law degree and admission to the Singapore Bar.
• At least 3 years of post‑qualification experience in litigation.
• Prosecution or defence experience, or a strong interest in developing prosecution and court advocacy skills.
• Strong drafting, communication and analytical skills.
• Able to manage matters independently and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Advise on investigations and prosecution strategy.
• Conduct prosecutions and appear in court.
• Provide practical legal advice on corporate matters.
• Work with internal stakeholders on legal issues and their wider implications.
• With strong performance, you may gain exposure to other advisory, legislative and litigation matters.
