Job summary

Digital Edge seeks a Senior Counsel, Construction, to lead the legal support for data center development and operations in the Asia Pacific region. Based in Singapore, you will draft and negotiate construction contracts, manage procurement and risk, and develop robust contract templates across multiple markets.

The role requires 10–15 years of PQE in construction law, with experience in data center or technology sectors. Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in listed jurisdictions.
• 10–15 years PQE in construction law.
• Experience with data center or technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction and EPC contracts.
• Assess risk and allocate contracts across delivery methods.
• Provide guidance on procurement, supply, and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
• Manage external counsel and legal service providers.
