Job summary

Digital Edge DC in Singapore is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial) to lead customer and commercial contracting for hyperscale and major enterprise clients across the Asia Pacific region. This full-time role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements and working closely with sales, operations, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years PQE in commercial contracting, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and in-house experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with admission to practice law in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
• 8–12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial contracting.
• Experience with in-house commercial contracting and data center/ hyperscaler environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer contracts and SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
• Provide legal opinions on regulatory matters including data privacy, cybersecurity, and environmental issues.
