Lendlease Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Manager for Parkway Parade, a premier retail asset in Singapore. You will design and manage lease documents, contribute to leasing plans, and guide junior staff while ensuring compliance and quality across leasing processes.

Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Leasing Manager for one of our iconic retail assets, Parkway Parade.

Responsibilities: Designs and develops complex lease and ancillary documentation, applying subject matter expertise and contributing to new procedures or processes. May contribute to property leasing plan, and related activities. Provide advice to less experienced leasing staff and develops the team knowledge. Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with Company and legislative requirements. May prepare Leasing forecasts and contribute to informed decision making through analysis.

Requirements: To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have; Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Economics, Business, or Finance, combined with an advanced knowledge of role. Experience in an property or leasing role, and/or expert knowledge of property/asset management industries, asset valuations methodologies and principles, Planning and communication skills including the ability to confidently present to various stakeholders.
