Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of leasing experience in commercial or retail property sectors.
• Proven track record in achieving leasing targets and managing tenant relationships.
• Knowledge of lease terms, legal requirements, and property management principles.
• Positive disposition and strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, be resourceful, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach junior executives on leasing matters.
• Prospect and source new retail concepts, market and negotiate leases and renewals.
• Build strong landlord-tenant rapport for ongoing discussions on performance and direction.
• Finalise lease agreements and related documentation including variations.
• Conduct competitive market research to understand real estate trends.
• Analyze tenants' sales and develop leasing strategies based on market insights.
• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on tenancy matters.
• Prepare budgets and reports for leasing activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on renovations and daily operations.
• Work with legal on lease documentation and with Retail Management on daily matters.
