Job summary

Lendlease Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Executive for one of our iconic buildings in Paya Lebar. You will work with the Leasing Director and leasing team to keep the mall and office fully leased while achieving budget rents.

You will be accountable for assigned tenancies, complete renewals promptly, prepare recurring reports, and ensure lease administration matters are in order. The role involves building relationships with retailers, understanding expansion plans and market

Responsibilities

• To work with the Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure that the mall and office are fully leased at all times whilst achieving budget rents.
• To be accountable for the tenancies assigned and complete renewals in a timely manner.
• To prepare recurring reports including leasing minutes, asset review reports and annual business plan.
• To work with Leasing Director and leasing team to ensure that lease administration matters are in order.
• To contribute to the mall’s vision on the desired tenancy mix through active prospecting and engagement with retailers.
• To collaborate with different functions of the Centre Management Office to ensure tenancy related matters are resolved.
• To build strong relationships with retailers and being aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore and be aware of general retail market trends.
