Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a proactive Production Lead to supervise manufacturing and ensure on-time delivery while following MDLZ HSE & Quality standards.

You will drive Lean Six-Sigma improvements, plan Manning and spending, mentor line crews, and partner with HSE/QM teams to build a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 6–8 years’ experience in FMCG/food industry.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing processes to meet production plans per MDLZ HSE & Quality standards.
• Lead Lean Six-Sigma based improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Plan and monitor line manning and spending annually and monthly.
• Provide technical support for production and maintenance.
• Lead root-cause analyses to eliminate line losses and downtime.
• Plan and lead line crew education and training.
• Collaborate with BD&E, HSE, QM teams on projects and NPDs.
• Own AM/PM implementation and daily line meetings.

Job description

Working Hours: Monday - Friday @ 8.30am - 5.30pm

Working Location: Boon Lay

Responsibilities

• Supervise the manufacturing processes, ensuring production plan delivery in compliance with MDLZ HSE & Quality standards.


• Utilize MDLZ Integrated Lean Six-Sigma standard working processes to achieve 100% engagement and zero loss mindset


• Plan and monitor annual and monthly manning and spending of the line.


• Develop process improvements and productivity ideas to ensure most efficient utilization of manning, machines and materials.


• Provide technical support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum efficiency.


• Looking for innovation opportunities between several teams with a willingness to experiment and to boldly confront problems of large complexity and scope.


• Lead root cause analysis to eliminate line losses and downtime.


• Implement and maintain systems to collect, collate and analyse data on key process parameters.


• Plan & Lead line crew education & training plan, ensuring 100% skill gaps closure.


• Support BD&E team to deliver line-related projects and NPDs within the targeted quality and timeline.


• Partner with HSE & QM teams to achieve plant vision of HSEQ interdependent culture.


• Maintain accurate process data recording and reporting.


• Own AM/PM implementation on the line


• Lead the daily meeting system for the production line


• Own SWPs as per the plant structure

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.


• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in FMCG, food industry.


• Leadership skills.
