Job summary

edunamics pte. ltd. seeks a Deputy Head of Early Intervention Programme (EIP) to lead the EIP operations, student support, curriculum coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

You will mentor teaching and non-teaching staff, ensure ECDA-aligned documentation, and drive programme development to deliver inclusive education for diverse learners. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families, and a track record in supervising teams and improving learning

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Special Education/Early Intervention, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience with IEPs, student support and inclusive education practices.
• Familiarity with ECDA requirements and Early Intervention practices in Singapore is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and delivery of the Early Intervention Programme (EIP).
• Oversee student placement, class allocation, IEPs, progress monitoring and learning/support.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and professionals to support diverse learners.
• Support curriculum development and inclusive education practices.
• Engage with parents and families on student progress and programme support.
• Lead, coach and develop staff through feedback and professional development.
• Manage staffing and recruitment in collaboration with HR.
• Ensure accurate programme documentation and reporting.
• Ensure alignment with ECDA requirements and audits.
• Support programme development and new initiatives.
