Job summary

DYNAMICS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a passionate and organised Head of the Early Intervention Programme (EIP) to support leadership and operations.

The role involves overseeing student support services, curriculum coordination, parent engagement, team mentoring, and developing programmes to ensure high-quality inclusive education for students with diverse learning needs. The candidate will coordinate placement assessments, class allocations, and IEP implementation while mentoring

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
• Experience working with children with special needs or learning difficulties is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the Early Intervention Programme (EIP).
• Act as a key liaison for prospective and current parents, guiding on student placement and progress.
• Coordinate student placement assessments and class allocations with teachers and therapists.
• Lead and coordinate student support services to implement IEPs for diverse needs.
• Oversee IEPs, progress reports, student records and teaching documentation.
• Support curriculum planning, inclusive education practices and programme development.
• Organise and facilitate team meetings with therapists and professionals involved in the programme.
• Manage staff deployment and scheduling during absences to minimise disruption to learning.
