JPMorganChase Bank, N.A. is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer in Singapore to join the Chief Technology Office, Identity Access Management.

You will guide secure, scalable tech initiatives, drive AI-assisted coding practices, and collaborate across teams to deliver trusted software products. The role requires leadership in enterprise IAM, experience with Entra ID and AD, and strong coding experience in PowerShell, Python, and Terraform.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Cybersecurity/Data Science or related field.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Windows Active Directory.
• Deep understanding of Conditional Access, SSO integrations for SaaS, and privileged access management.
• Experience with hybrid identity integrations and modern auth protocols (OIDC/OAuth, SAML).

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical guidance to business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews others’ code.
• Drives AI-assisted engineering practices across teams with measurable standards.
• Utilizes SDLC tools and automation to improve quality, speed, and reliability.
• Influences product design, app functionality, and technical operations across the function.
• Acts as a subject matter expert and advocates firmwide SDLC frameworks and tools.
