Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional experience in building design and construction.
• Experience with precast concrete works design and construction.
• Knowledge of long-span roof trusses and pipe bridges.
• Strong civil works knowledge: drainage, roads, earth retaining structures.
• Experience preparing civil/structural tender specifications.
• Familiarity with Eurocode/IBC and Singapore codes of practice.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Direct the structural design and construction execution for industrial facilities, prioritizing experience in semiconductor plant delivery.
• Supervise precast concrete systems to ensure adherence to design and build standards.
