Job summary

Xircle Talent is seeking a seasoned Structural/Civil Engineer to lead the design and execution of industrial facilities in Singapore. The role emphasizes precast concrete systems, long-span roof trusses, and integration of civil works with primary building design.

The candidate will ensure compliance with Eurocode/IBC and Singapore codes, while coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams and traveling as required to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional experience in building design and construction.
• Experience with precast concrete works design and construction.
• Knowledge of long-span roof trusses and pipe bridges.
• Strong civil works knowledge: drainage, roads, earth retaining structures.
• Experience preparing civil/structural tender specifications.
• Familiarity with Eurocode/IBC and Singapore codes of practice.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Direct the structural design and construction execution for industrial facilities, prioritizing experience in semiconductor plant delivery.
• Supervise precast concrete systems to ensure adherence to design and build standards.
• Manage engineering and installation of long-span roof trusses and pipe bridge frameworks.
• Integrate civil components (drainage, roads, retaining structures) with building design.
• Develop civil and structural specifications aligned with tender docs.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and local codes of practice.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to meet project objectives.
• Travel internationally as needed to engage with clients and present progress.
