Job summary

Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) seeks a leader to drive Singapore's national cybersecurity labelling schemes, including the CLS for consumer IoT and medical devices. You will steer governance, policies and assessment methodologies while coordinating testing laboratories and ensuring scalable, secure labelling operations.

The role requires strong technical guidance, industry collaboration, and ability to respond to evolving technologies and cybersecurity risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or a relevant discipline.
• 7–10 years of working experience.
• Good interpersonal relationships, effective communication and teamwork.
• Creative, able to think out of the box.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and day-to-day operation of cybersecurity labelling schemes, including CLS for consumer IoT and CLS for medical devices.
• Translate CSA's objectives into scheme policies, requirements and assessment methodologies.
• Oversee the assessment and labelling of products, ensuring consistent evaluation per scheme requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on complex applications and interpretation of scheme requirements.
• Develop internal processes and resources to improve assessment quality and turnaround time.
• Engage in international cooperation and strengthen partnerships to support scheme adoption.
