Job summary

Cyber Security Agency of Singapore is seeking a leader to drive the development, implementation and operation of national cybersecurity labelling schemes, including CLS for consumer IoT and medical devices. The role shapes scheme policies, assessment methodologies and oversees labs, while strengthening partnerships and international collaboration.

The position requires 7–10 years of experience with at least 3 years in supervisory roles, plus strong communication and creative problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Math or related field.
• OSCP or equivalent certification highly advantageous.
• 7–10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a team and independently; creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and operation of cybersecurity labelling schemes.
• Translate CSA strategy into scheme policies, requirements and processes.
• Oversee product assessments and testing laboratories to ensure compliance.
• Drive industry and international partnerships.
• Strengthen schemes in response to evolving technologies and risks.
• Plan and manage resources to keep schemes scalable and sustainable.
• Represent CSA at international forums and partnerships.
