Job summary

The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) invites a seasoned technical leader to guide capability development across national schemes such as NITES, Common Criteria, and Cybersecurity Labelling. You will mentor the team in advanced penetration testing and lead complex evaluations for trusted TIC partners.

You will drive research to close real-world gaps, design secure testing methodologies for emerging technologies, and build in-house tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10–15 years in cybersecurity, with strong evaluation experience.
• Proven capability in leading advanced security testing programs and mentoring teams.
• Experience with state-of-the-art attack techniques and security testing of emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical capability development across security schemes for TIC ecosystem.
• Oversee advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
