Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) is seeking a Senior Lead Clinical Research Associate to oversee clinical research compliance management across SingHealth institutions. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and guides monitoring and reporting processes.

You will plan monitoring visits, prepare post-visit reports, drive preventive and corrective actions, and support departmental operations.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in clinical trials, including 4 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with capability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct monitoring visits across SingHealth institutions.
• Prepare comprehensive post-visit reports and documentation.
• Recommend preventive and corrective actions to resolve findings and ensure compliance.
• Provide administrative support to department operations.
• Develop education programs and training for Clinical Research Associates.
• Provide supervisory monitoring and chair department meetings.
