ADVANCED SUBSTRATE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced LCS System Management and SCADA lead to design, deploy, and maintain industrial automation platforms in a modern semiconductor environment.

You will own system architectures, integrate MES/APS/AMHS, oversee FAT/SAT validation, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring high availability and security across OT/IT interfaces.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SCADA, PLC, and automation systems.
• Hands-on with SCADA platforms including data historians, HMI/visualization, and dashboards.
• Strong PLC programming, control systems design, and instrumentation knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for scripting and data queries.
• Experience in system architecture design, maintenance, site testing, and commissioning.
• Familiarity with industry protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of LCS and SCADA platforms.
• Define system architectures, communication protocols, and interfaces for MES, APS, and AMHS integration.
• Oversee installation, commissioning (FAT/SAT), and validation of automation systems in startup environments.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of LCS/SCADA for continuous operations.
• Program, configure, and optimize PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA software.
• Integrate third-party systems to ensure seamless production workflows.
• Develop dashboards, alarms, and analytics for performance monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure IT/OT interoperability with security and performance considerations.
