Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Material/Chemical engineering or relevant.
• Technical breadth & system approach.
• Demonstrated analytical and empirical problem-solving skills.
• System thinker, able to see connections and navigate dynamic contexts.
• Growth mindset with flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones within and outside own group.
• Prior experience in print testing and knowledge of pen system issues and failure analysis is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Writing System Test: lead printer system testing for printhead architecture and baseline performance, evaluating nozzle health, edge roughness, spray, decap, flow, color accuracy, and related issues.
• Triage: manage autopsy, triage, and failure tracking; collect failed printheads or supplies and drive follow-up actions.
• Timeless Support: collaborate with ISDO manufacturing teams for qualification, tech transfer, and production readiness.
