Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a motivated Land Surveyor to join HDB and shape Singapore's public housing landscape. You will apply your surveying and geomatics expertise to support HDB developments throughout the project life cycle, working with Registered Surveyors, planners, architects, engineers, consultants, and government agencies to deliver housing, infrastructure and estate projects.

Formación

• Background in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Geodesy or related geomatics/geospatial discipline.
• Experience in surveying principles, field practice, survey control, and data processing.
• Familiarity with robotic total stations, GNSS/RTK, UAVs, 3D LiDAR and CAD/GIS/BIM software is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail with good judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise land survey works by Registered Surveyors appointed by HDB with site inspections and technical checks.
• Provide technical input to planners, architects, engineers and project teams and resolve survey-related issues.
• Investigate complex survey, boundary and site discrepancies with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with government agencies on cadastral, strata, land and survey matters to facilitate approvals.
• Support surveying throughout the development lifecycle including engineering and topographical surveys and as-built verification.
• Lead and support pilot projects using advanced geomatics technologies like 3D LiDAR, GNSS/RTK and mobile mapping.
• Evaluate new surveying methods and digital workflows to improve quality and productivity.
• Review survey datasets including 3D point clouds for accuracy and suitability.
• Contribute to survey standards, specifications, QA processes and professional practices.
• Maintain records and prepare technical reports for stakeholders.
