Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Senior Technical Executive (Geomatics) to strengthen HDB's land information and geospatial capabilities, support land administration, development, asset management and decision-making. You will consolidate geospatial data across systems, apply GIS, analytics and 3D technologies, and participate in data integration, QA and project collaborations with agencies.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline with knowledge of Geospatial/Geomatics technologies.
Proficiency in GIS, geospatial and mapping applications; familiarity in databases and digital technologies.
Interest in analytics, AI, remote sensing, 3D geospatial technologies and emerging geospatial developments.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with good professional judgement.
Experience preferred in organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
Written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Some basic knowledge of project financial and vendor management processes.

Responsibilities

Operational maintenance of land administration and land information processes, including land title and lease-related matters.
Assess and reconcile land and geospatial information from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy across systems.
Involved in the digitisation, integration, quality assurance and management of land, strata and other geospatial information.
Operationalise and contribute in the development and adoption of land, strata and other geospatial information systems/initiatives, including requirements gathering, data integration, workflow design and implementation.
Apply GIS, geospatial analytics, 3D data, remote-sensing and other relevant technologies to support operational, planning and decision-making requirements.
Explore the application of analytics, automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve land information management, analysis and workflow efficiency.
Assist in projects and initiatives involving multidisciplinary stakeholders within HDB and across relevant agencies, including the management of project resources and associated financial processes.
