Job summary

UL Solutions in Singapore seeks a senior EMC testing lead to plan and execute advanced EMC projects. You will develop test plans, analyze results, and report findings, while serving as a technical expert in EMC standards and lab operations.

You will mentor junior staff, drive automation and process improvements, and ensure timely delivery with high quality and customer focus. A strong engineering background and 8+ years in EMC testing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, engineering technology, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in EMC testing, lab operations, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of EMC standards, testing procedures, and lab equipment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet customer expectations.
• Experience mentoring and coaching technical teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using automation to improve testing efficiency is highly desirable.
