Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore is seeking an AVP to join the TDI - L3 Networks Operations team. You will provide advanced support, guide incident resolution and work with global teams to ensure resilient, secure networking services for clients.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in network operations, expertise in routing/switching, and familiarity with tools like NetFlow, SNMP and SNOW. A relevant degree and professional certifications are required; a hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of network operational experience in financial institutions or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with routing/switching, security, and related technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for complex network issues escalated from Level 2.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis for critical outages.
• Collaborate with SMEs, engineering and vendors to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain network documentation and knowledge bases.
• Mentor Tier 1/2 engineers on advanced networking concepts.
